Rainbow Eggs

Our rainbow eggs are a true reflection of life on the farm. Each dozen includes eggs laid by a mix of heritage and coloured-egg laying hens, with shells ranging naturally from soft blue and sage green to blush pink and warm brown. No two cartons are ever exactly the same, and that quiet variety is part of their charm. These eggs come from hens that are well cared for, calmly tended, and allowed to lay at their own pace. They have access to the outdoors every day, rain or shine, and the opportunity to scratch and peck at bugs and seeds on pasture.

The shell colour has no impact on taste or nutrition, but it does tell the story of the different breeds that live here together. Inside, you will find rich yolks and firm whites that reflect a simple, traditional way of raising laying hens.

A carton of rainbow eggs is both beautiful and practical. They look lovely in the fridge, but more importantly, they cook the way good eggs should. Whether you are baking, frying, or serving them softly boiled, these eggs bring colour, character, and a sense of place straight from our farm to your kitchen.

Subscriptions are available for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans. We will honour subscription orders in priority to one-off orders as an inventory management system.
