If you need a place to relax & escape the pressure and noise of city life, this is perfect for you. With its modern farmhouse style, updated finishes, and original 1860 wide plank wood flooring, the stone home is a perfect mix of old and new.
We have curated seasonal experiences for you, offer breakfast items during your stay and things to do in the area.
With a turn off of our dirt road, down a majestic maple tree lined drive way, you will find this 1860 stone home.
There is a sitting room next to the entryway which features a bay window that look out onto a stunning view of the rolling hills on our property. The main level offers a kitchen, dining room, living room and washroom with a shower.
The kitchen has a rustic decorative wood burning stove, butcher block island countertops, modern stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets. The kitchen comes equipped for chef’s likings and includes coffee (drip, espresso and decaf), tea (herbal and black) and breakfast items during your stay. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a small 3pc washroom attached.
The second level has four bedrooms. It also features a full washroom with a claw foot tub, shower, a rustic sink and wood floors. The bedrooms have minimalist interiors, wood floors, and fluffy linens.
Outside is where the home really shines. There’s a flagstone patio surrounding the salt water pool, perfect for entertaining, a covered porch with a porch swing for relaxing, and a fire pit for a cozy evening.
The property has stunning views of acres of rolling hillside farmland that are best enjoyed around sunrise with a cup of coffee and sunset with a crisp glass of wine. It's a beautiful place for a country escape.
