Maple Syrup

500ml Jar of Maple Syrup - Our maple syrup is produced in small batches using traditional methods and slow evaporation to preserve flavour. Drawn from local maple trees, it has a deep, rich colour and a smooth, full-bodied taste with warm caramel notes. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Just pure maple syrup, bottled simply and honestly for everyday use at the table and in the kitchen.

When we first tapped out maple trees, we quickly found that evaporating 40L of maple sap to produce 1 L of maple syrup had it's challenges. The biggest one for us was quality control of the final product. After deliberating on solutions, we decided to engage one of our neighbors to process the maple syrup for our farm using their professional equipment. We are so grateful for partnerships with neighbors in our farm community that allow us to offer better quality products for our farm stand.
