Garlic

Our garlic is grown slowly and carefully in healthy soil, fertilized with our own real chicken manure from the farm. We do not use chemical fertilizers, sprays, or shortcuts and we start the garlic in the fall for a summer harvest the next year. The result is garlic with strong flavour, varying bulb sizes, and excellent keeping quality. Each bulb reflects the natural cycle of the land, the livestock, and the season, producing garlic cloves that cook beautifully and taste the way garlic should. Our clients report that this garlic doesn't stink up the house during the cooking process, which we love to hear.
